冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者室性心律失常的临床治疗研究

Clinical Study of Ventricular Arrhythmia in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure with Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析探讨临床治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者心律失常的有效方法。方法将2016年1月—2017年12月收治的64例冠心病心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的患者作为研究对象,随机分32例患者为接受常规治疗的对照组,以及余下32例为在常规治疗的基础上使用盐酸胺碘酮片治疗的观察组,分析比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.63%(29/32),和对照组的71.88%(27/32)相比显著较高,且数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出现胃部不适、头痛等不良反应的发生率为6.25%(2/32),和对照组15.63%(5/32)的不良反应发生率相比显著较低,且数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为冠心病慢性心力衰竭并发室性心律失常的患者在常规治疗的基础上使用盐酸胺碘酮片治疗的治疗有效率较高,且不良反应较轻、较少,临床治疗效果较好,具有临床广泛推广价值。

Objective This paper tries to analyze and explore the effective methods for the treatment of arrhythmia in patients with chronic heart failure with coronary heart disease. Methods 64 patients with coronary heart disease com- plicated with ventrieular arrhythmias who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were ran- domized to 32 patients who were treated with conventional treatment and the remaining 32 patients were included in the study. On the basis of conventional treatment, the observation group treated with amiodarone hydroehloride tablets was used to analyze and compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.63% （29/32）, which was significantly higher than the control group＇s 71.88% （27/32）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the observation group of incidence of adverse reactions such as stomach discomfort and headache in the patient was 6.25% （2/32）, which was significantly lower than the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group of 15.63%（5/32）, and the data were statistically different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with chronic heart failure complicated with ventrieular arrhythmias, the use of amiodarone hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease is more effective, with fewer adverse reactions, less adverse reactions, and good clinical treatment effects, with widespread clinical promotion value.
