混合糖电解质注射液对肺癌患者血糖、胰岛素和C肽的影响分析

摘要 目的比较混合糖电解质注射液和葡萄糖注射液对肺癌患者血糖、胰岛素和C肽的影响及安全性。方法选取笔者所在医院2015年6月—2017年6月期间收治的肺癌患者共500例,采用随机数字表的方法分为两组,每组250例,所有250例患者均进行输液治疗,其中化疗患者与放疗患者均给予辅助静脉用药。对照组载体为10%葡萄糖注射液,观察组患者载体选择为混合糖电解质注射液500 m L,观察指标包括治疗前与治疗1周后患者的血糖、胰岛素和C肽。结果观察组干预后空腹血糖(4.92±1.66)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.12±1.70)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(5.98±1.39)%,对照组干预后空腹血糖(6.47±1.03)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(9.54±1.33)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(9.95±1.63)%,干预后两组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均较干预前都有所升高,但观察组升高程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.39、6.05、8.69,P<0.05),观察组干预前后比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.48、0.57、0.92,P>0.05),对照组干预前后比较,差异有统计学意义(t=9.32、6.04、5.23,P<0.05)。观察组干预后空腹血清C肽和胰岛素水平均较干预前有所上升,但差异无统计学意义(t=0.49、0.91,P>0.05);对照组干预后较干预前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t=6.40、5.93,P<0.05)。结论适量静脉输注混合糖电解质注射液对肺癌患者血糖和胰岛素的影响较小,有较好的安全性。 Objective This paper tries to compare the effect and safety of mixed glucose electrolyte injection and glu- cose injection on blood glucose, insulin and C-peptide in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 500 patients with lung cancer who were admitted to the hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 250 patients in each group using a random number table. All 250 patients received infusion therapy, in- eluding chemotherapy patients. Both patients received radiotherapy with adjuvant intravenous medication. The vehicle in the control group was 10% glucose injection. In the observation group, the patient's carrier was selected as 500ml of mixed sugar electrolyte injection. The observation indexes included blood glucose, insulin, and C-peptide of the patient before and after the treatment. Results Fasting blood glucose was (4.92±1.66)mmol/L in the observation group, (7.12±1.70)mmol/L in 2 h after meal, (5.98±1.39)% in hemoglobin, and (6.47±1.03)mmol/L in control group. Postprandial 2h blood glucose (9.54±1.33)mmol/L and HbAle (9.95±1.63)%, after the intervention, fasting blood glucose, 2 h postpran- dial blood glucose and HbAle levels in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention. However, the ob- servation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=5.39, 6.05, 8.69, P〈0.05). There was no statistical difference between the observation group and the intervention group (t=0.48, 0.57, and 0.92, P〉0.05), there was a significant difference between the control group before and after the inter- vention (t=9.32, 6.04, 5.23, P〈0.05). The fasting serum C-peptide and insulin levels in the observation group increased after intervention, but there was no statistical difference (t=0.49, 0.91,P〉0.05). The control group had significantly high- er levels after intervention than before the intervention, with significance (t=6.40, 5.93, P〈0.05). Conclusion Intra- venous infusion of mixed sugar and electrolyte solution has little effect on blood glucose and insulin in patients with lung cancer, and has better safety.
