超声诊断技术在乳腺癌早期诊断中的应用价值与病理分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析超声诊断技术在乳腺癌早期诊断中的应用效果。方法选取2015年10月—2017年12月该院收治的100例乳腺癌早期患者作为研究组,对该100例患者进行超声诊断,随机选取同期的100例乳腺良性病变女性作为对照组,同样进行超声诊断,对比两组患者的超声诊断结果,分析超声诊断在乳腺癌早期诊断的应用效果。结果乳腺癌早期患者中,有50%(50例)的患者超声诊断表现为边界不清晰,有60%(60例)的患者表现为形状不规则,有74%(74例)的患者超声结果呈现沙粒样钙化,有78%(78例)的患者超声诊断结果后方回声减弱,其次,乳腺癌早期患者的血流分级主要为Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级,占比分别为50%(50例)、40%(40例),极少部分为I级、0级,各项数据与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(t=38.095 2、23.582 2、29.171 8、99.959 2、40.768、38.506 6、42.8364、32.637,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌早期患者与乳腺良性病变患者的超声诊断结果具有明显差异,乳腺癌早期患者超声诊断具有边界不清晰和形状不规则、呈现沙粒样钙化等特点,且血流分级与乳腺良性病变患者区别较大,其对于乳腺癌早期的诊断价值较高,敏感性、特异性高,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective This paper tries to analyze the application of ultrasonic diagnosis in the early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 100 patients with early breast cancer who were treated in this hospital from October 2015 to Decem- ber 2017 were selected as the study group. Uhrasonographie diagnosis was performed on 100 patients and 100 women with benign breast disease were selected at the same time for comparison. To diagnose and compare the ultrasound di- agnosis results of the two groups of patients and analyze the application effect of ultrasound diagnosis in the early diag- nosis of breast cancer. Results In the early stage of breast cancer, 50% (50 cases) of patients had unclear boundaries of ultrasound diagnosis, 60% (60 cases) of patients showed irregular shape, and 74% (74 cases) of patients showed ultra- sound results of sand-like calcification, 78% (78 cases) of patients with ultrasound eehoeardiographie eehoeardiograph- ie eehoeardiographie eehoeardiography, followed by early eehoeardiography of patients with early breast cancer, grade II and III, accounting for 50% (50 cases), 40% (40 cases), ve^y few of them were grade I and grade 0, all data had statis- tical significance compared with the control group (P〈0.05, t=38.095 2, 23.582 2, 29.171 8, 99.959 2, 40.76 8, 38.506 6, 42.836 4, 32.637). Conclusion The ultrasound diagnosis results of patients with early breast cancer and benign breast lesions are significantly different. The ultrasound diagnosis of early breast cancer patients has features such as unclear boundaries, irregular shape, and sand-like calcification, and the difference between blood flow classification and benign breast lesions is larger, it has a higher diagnostic value for early breast cancer, high sensitivity, specificity, and has a high clinical application value.
