邦交正常化之前日本政府的对华认识——基于外交蓝皮书的考察

Japanese Government's View of China before the Normalization of Diplomatic Relation——Based on Diplomatic Bluebook

日本外交蓝皮书中的涉华内容既包括日本对华政策的概述,又有对中国外交的看法,是考察日本政府对华认识的重要文献。本文通过对邦交正常化之前蓝皮书的梳理,指出在联合国中国代表权的问题上,日本的涉华言行显露出其对华认识中的反华本质,冷战思维模式又固化了日本的对华观,其对华观察一味凸显政治对立与军事威胁,忽视协调与对话的进程。邦交正常化前日本政府敌视型对华认识中的某些认知要素留存至今,也影响着恢复邦交以来日本政府的对华知行。

The China-related parts of Japan＇s Diplomatic Bluebook include the overview of Japanese Government＇s foreign policy and opinions on China＇s diplomacy. So Diplomatic Bluebook is a kind of important document for studying Japanese Government＇s view of China. By reviewing the Diplomatic Bluebook before the normalization of diplomatic relations, this paper points out that on the issue of United Nations representation in China, Japan＇s words and deeds of Japanese Government reflected the anti-China nature in its view of China. And Cold War thinking mode had solidified Japanese government＇s view of China, which blindly highlight the political opposition and military confrontation and overlook the process of coordination and dialogue. Some anti-China negative factors before the Normalization of Diplomatic Relation has lasted until the present day, which has been affected Japanese Government＇s view of China and its actions.
