基于教师视角的档案学专业信息素质教育研究

摘要 在档案信息化建设背景下,档案学教师需要得到教育与引导,提升个人信息素质。通过问卷调查和访谈的方法,调查了42位高校档案学教师信息素质情况,总结归纳出当前档案学教师信息素质的基本现状,提出加强信息观念,培养信息意识;强化职业生涯管理,信息素质纳入培养计划;制定奖励机制,营造良好氛围;创建软硬件环境,建立培养基地等提升档案学教师信息素质的策略。档案学教师信息素质提升应充分考虑档案学专业的特殊属性,进行有目的、有计划的实际操作,不能采取"一刀切"形式。 Under the background of archives informatization construction, archives teachers need to be educated and guided to improve their personal information quality. Questionnaires and interviews are conducted to survey the information quality of 42 archives teachers in university. The current basic situation of information quality of archives teachers is summed up, and some strategies are put forward to improve the information quality of archives teachers such as strengthening the concept of information and cultivating information awareness; reinforcing career management and putting information quality into training plan;formulating reward mechanisms and creating a good atmosphere; creating software and hardware environments and establishing training grounds. The improvement of information quality of archives teachers should take into account the special attributes of archival science and practical operations with purposes and plans. The "one size fits all" form should be avoided.
