多民族聚居县档案管理——以巍山彝族回族自治县为例

Archives Management in Multi-ethnic Settlement County——Taking the Yi and Hui Nationalities Autonomous County of Weishan as an Example

中国民族众多,多民族地区的档案管理一直是基层档案馆管理的难点。巍山彝族回族自治县的档案新馆,在落成之后,在民族地区的档案收集上取得了一定的成绩。但是,由于民族地区的特有情况,少数民族众多所产生的特有档案、少数民族相互融合后产生的共有档案,少数民族地区档案人员的素质问题,仍旧制约着整个少数民族地区档案的整体发展。

There are many ethnic groups in China, and archives management in multi-ethnic areas has always been a difficult point in the management of grass roots archives. After the completion of the new archives in Yi and Hui Nationalities Autonomous Region of Weishan, archives collection in ethnic minority areas has achieved certain results. However, due to the unique situation of ethnic minority areas, the unique archives produced by the numerous ethnic minorities, the common archives produced by ethnic minorities integration, and the quality of archivists in ethnic minority areas still restrict the overall development of the archives in the whole ethnic minority areas.
