摘要
人事档案管理工作是一项特殊的工作,是档案管理中的重要内容。人事档案要具有真实性,全面性,人事档案管理要遵循真实、全面、及时、规范的原则。我国人事档案管理工作至今已经形成了一套完整的管理体系,但还存在着管理上的不足。笔者不揣浅陋,提出相应的对人事档案管理工作改进的一点思考,以期对健全我国的人事档案管理工作有所助益。
The management of personnel files is a special task. It is an important part of files management. The management of personnel files must be authentic and comprehensive, and must follow the principles of truthfulness, comprehensiveness, timeliness and standardization. China's personnel files management work has formed a complete management system, but there are still some management problems. The author, despite limited knowledge, puts forward some corresponding thoughts to improve the management work of personnel files, in hope of contributing to the improvement of personnel files management in China.
