档案学本科生科研能力的培养需要系统化的科研训练。构建档案学本科生科研训练体系是对档案专业本科生创新能力培养的可持续性和有效性的保障。通过梳理和总结国内外高校的实践情况,针对档案学本科生的专业性需求,提出全程化和多元化的档案学本科生科研训练体系。从前期基础、中期运行、后端激励及全程保障四个环节对档案学本科生科研训练计划体系的构建进行探讨。

Systematic scientific research training will help to promote the scientific research ability of undergraduates. The construction and improvement of undergraduate scientific research training system is a guarantee for the sustainability and effectiveness of creativity cultivation of undergraduates of archives major. In view of the professional needs for undergraduates majoring in archival science, the paper puts forward a coherent, complete, and diversified scientific research training system for undergraduate students of archives by combing and summarizing the practice of universities at home and abroad. The discussion about the construction of the scientific research training system for undergraduates in archival science is carried out from four aspects： the preliminary work, mid-term operations, back-end incentives and the whole-course guarantee.
