民国档案整理工作中的问题现状分析

Analysis of Current Problems in Archives Management in the Republic of China

在信息时代的大背景下,档案工作者需要与时俱进,对档案馆馆藏档案进行数字化加工和整理。这不仅符合延长档案保存寿命的客观要求,也满足了社会公众方便利用档案的现实需要。在进行了一段时期的馆藏民国档案的数字化加工和整理工作后,结合实际,针对档案数字化过程中部分现实问题进行了研究并提出了一些可行性建议。

In this information era, archives workers need to keep pace with the times and carry out digitized processing and arrangement of archives in archives center, which not only conforms to the objective demand of lengthening archives storage, but also meets the realistic public need for utilizing archives conveniently. Based on a period of digitized processing and arrangement of archives during the Republic of China, the paper studies some practical problems in the digitization process and proposes some feasible suggestions.
