摘要
传统档案服务形态结合"互联网+"发展趋势,优化用户体验成为衡量高校档案馆服务质量的又一关键指标。高校如何建设具有"互联网+"思维的新型服务型档案馆已成为一种新趋势。以用户体验为前提,采用网络调查法,对社会公众有最直观感受的高校档案馆门户网站、个性化服务系统、官方微信公众平台三个方面的建设情况进行了重点分析,并对其存在的问题提出了发展方向,为建设以用户体验为主导的新型服务型高校档案馆提供了新思路。
Taking the user experience as the priority in the traditional archives service form combined with "Internet +" development trend is another key indicator of the service quality in the archives of colleges and universities. How to build a new service-oriented archives with "Internet +" has become a new trend. Based on user experience, this paper uses the network survey method to analyze the construction of the web portal, personalized service system and official We Chat public platform of archives in colleges and universities, which are the most directly perceived by the public. And it puts forward the development direction based on the existing problems, and provides a new idea for the construction of the new service-oriented university archives with the user experience as the leading factor.
