高校图书馆员信息化领导力理论研究

信息化领导力是当前教育发展与管理的重要内容,馆员信息化领导力在高校图书馆的影响与作用日渐凸显。图书馆员信息化领导力的提出,为馆员专业发展和图书馆建设提供了新的发展方向。从信息技术给图书馆带来革命性影响出发,在情境变化的基础上利用文献分析、工作反思,提出高校图书馆员信息化领导力概念;建立了包含馆员信息技术能力、媒介素养和职业伦理、信息服务能力、信息素养教学领导力、信息化专业发展领导力和图书馆信息化文化领导力的理论构成;对构成部分的内在关系和外在影响作了分析和阐述。馆员信息化领导力的理论为高校图书馆员的专业发展研究和服务实践提供了新的思路和契机,从馆员信息化领导力视角出发助推高校图书馆的综合竞争力。

Information technology leadership plays an important part in the current education development and management. And the influence and function of librarians＇ information technology leadership in university libraries is becoming more and more prominent. The proposal of librarians＇ leadership of information technology provides an alternative for the professional development of librarians and the construction of libraries. Starting from the revolutionary impact of libraries brought by information technology, this paper makes use of literature analysis and work reflection and puts forward the concept of information technology leadership of university librarians based on the change of context. Besides, the theoretical composition is established including librarians＇ information technology capacity, media literacy and professional ethics, information service ability, information literacy teaching leadership, professional development leadership of information technology and cultural leadership of libraries＇ information technology. Furthermore, the internal relationship and external impact of the theoretical composition is analyzed and elaborated. The theory of librarians＇ leadership of information technology provides a new way of thinking and an opportunity for the professional development and service practice of university librarians, and boosts the comprehensive competition of university libraries from the perspective of librarians＇ leadership of information technology.
