嗜酸性胃肠炎(EG)是一种以胃肠道组织中嗜酸性粒细胞(Eos)异常浸润为特征的少见胃肠道疾病。由于发病率较低,具有一定的自限性,临床表现缺乏特异性,造成该病误诊率极高。文章对该病的发病机制、临床表现、诊断及治疗的最新进展进行综述,以期加强对于该病的了解,提高确诊率。

Eosinophilic gastroenteritis（EG） is a rare gastrointestinal diease characterized by abnormal infiltration of eosinophils（Eos） in the gastrointestinal tract. Because of its low incidence and self limitation, the clinical manifestations are lack of specificity, resulting in a high rate of misdiagnosis. The article reviews the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of the disease,with a view to strengthening the understanding of the disease and improving the accuracy of diagnosis.
