摘要
目的探讨唾液用于肺炎患儿病情监测的可行性。方法纳入80例肺炎患儿及40例非肺炎患儿作为对照,分别检测两组研究对象血清和唾液中部分生化指标的含量,并进行统计学比较。结果在检查的10项血清生化指标中,肺炎组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、CRP三项生化指标均高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。肺炎组静息状态下唾液流率为(0.56±0.25)ml/min,对照组为(0.73±0.40)ml/min,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.852,P=0.005),肺炎组的唾液流率显著低于对照组。在对唾液检查的10项生化指标中,肺炎组唾液总蛋白、淀粉酶、尿酸、p H四项指标与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。肺炎组的唾液总蛋白、淀粉酶、p H较对照组低,而唾液尿酸水平较对照组高。结论唾液中的部分生化指标如总蛋白、淀粉酶、尿酸等可作为一种简单、方便、可靠的监测肺炎病情发展的指标。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of saliva for monitoring the condition of children with pneumonia.Methods 80 children with pneumonia and 40 children without pneumonia were included as study subjects. The contents of some biochemical indexes in serum and saliva of the two groups were detected and compared statistically. Results Ten serum biochemical indicators were examined,white blood cell count,neutrophil count and CRP pneumonia group were higher than those of the control group( P〈0. 05 or 0. 01). Resting salivary flow rate was( 0. 56 ± 0. 25) ml/min in the pneumonia group,and that of the control group was( 0. 73 ± 0. 40) ml/min,difference was statistically significant( t = 2. 852,P = 0. 005),resting salivary flow rate of the pneumonia group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Ten saliva biochemical indicators were examined,the saliva total protein,amylase,uric acid and p H in pneumonia group were significantly different from those in the control group( P〈0.05 or 0.01). The levels of salivary total protein,amylase and p H in the pneumonia group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of uric acid was higher than that in control group. Conclusion Some biochemical indexes in saliva,such as total protein,amylase,uric acid,can be used as simple,convenient and reliable indicators to monitor the progression of pneumonia in children.
