摘要
为解决向景区运输成品游览艇的高成本问题,采用现场拼接式游览艇。该型游览艇的船体分段在船厂加工完成,并运输至现场进行拼装,可有效解决运输问题。为保证拼接过程的可操作性和船体结构的安全性,对拼接结构进行设计与强度校核至关重要。采用螺栓连接形式设计主船体与连接桥的拼装结构,并采用有限元法对螺栓连接结构进行强度校核。校核结果表明,设计的结构形式满足强度要求。
Assembling sightseeing boat on-site is a good way to solve the problem of transportation from shipyard to scenic area and reduce cost. This means the hull segments are manufactured in the shipyard and then transported to the scenic area for assembly, which effectively simplifies the procedure of delivery. In order to ensure the operability of assembly and the safety of hull structure, the design and strength check of the structures are of vital importance. The bolted connection is designed for the main hull and the crossing structures, and the finite element method is used for the strength check of the bolted connection structures. The result shows that the structures designed in this way can meet the strength requirements.
