2-芳甲酰基苯并噻唑的合成反应研究

摘要 发展了一种以苯并噻唑类化合物和芳香酮为原料来制备2-芳甲酰基苯并噻唑的高效简单的新方法﹒采用廉价无毒的FeCl_2·4H_2O作为催化剂,绿色环保的氧气作为氧化剂,溶剂在反应中起到了至关重要的作用﹒整个反应过程在"一锅内"实现,具有较高原子经济性﹒在最优条件下,各种功能团能够稳定存在﹒ Catalyzed by iron salts under an atmosphere of oxygen, a convenient and efficient method for the synthesis of 2-acylbenzothiazoles from benzothiazoles and aromatic ketones is developed. The solvent played an important role in this transformation. The reaction process is realized in one pot, and has high atomic economy. The various functional groups were well tolerated under the optimized reaction conditions.
