摘要
模糊综合评价法是以模糊数学为基础,将一些边界不清、不易定量的因素定量化,从多个因素对被评价事物隶属等级状况进行综合性评价的一种方法。本文基于模糊综合评价法,以SO2、NO2、PM10为评价指标,参照《环境空气质量标准》(GB3095-1996)确定评价标准集,采用超标倍数赋权法确定污染物权重,对巴彦浩特镇2015-2017年大气环境质量进行评价。结果表明:2015-2017年巴彦浩特首要污染物都为PM10;2015年大气环境质量为Ⅱ级(良好),2016年和2017年为Ⅰ级(清洁),大气环境质量逐渐好转。
The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy mathematics is a method that quantifies some factors which are unclear and difficult to quantify and comprehensively evaluates the status of the subordinate status of the evaluated object from multiple factors. In this paper, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, using SO2, NO2, and PM10 as evaluation indexes, referencing Ambient Air Quality Standard(GB3095-1996) to determine the evaluation standard set, and using the excessive multiple weighting method to determine the weight of pollutants, evaluates atmospheric environmental quality of Bayan Hot in 2015-2017. The results showed that the primary pollutants were PM10 in 2015-2017; the atmospheric environmental quality in 2015 was Grade II(good), Grade I(cleaning) in 2016 and 2017, and the quality of atmospheric environment gradually improved.
