环境影响评价作为环境保护工作中重要的组成部分,对环境保护工作有着极大的促进作用。引入公众参与到环境影响评价当中有利于提高环境影响评价结果的准确性,加大我国对环境保护的重视度,有利于我国秉承绿色环保的理念。本文就环境影响评价中引入公众参与的概念介绍、公众参与过程中存在的诸多问题和相对应的有效对策三个方面展开了细致的探讨。

Environmental impact assessment, as an important part of the development of environmental protection work, plays an important role in promoting environmental protection. The introduction of public participation in environmental impact assessment will help improve the accuracy of environmental impact assessment results and increase China’s environmental impact. The importance of protection is conducive to our country’s philosophy of adhering to green environmental protection. This article discusses three aspects of the introduction of the concept of public participation in the environmental impact assessment, the problems in the process of public participation, and the corresponding effective countermeasures.
