摘要
2017年1月发布的《国务院关于印发"十三五"节能减排综合工作方案的通知》中指出,在造纸厂中推行清洁生产不但可以减少对环境的污染,而且可以提高产品质量。故造纸厂在生产过程中对大气环境、水环境、土壤环境等都会产生污染,但在治理这些环境污染的同时可以通过提升污染治理工艺的技术水平,将隐藏在废弃物中的有效资源经简易处理后利用,实现建设单位的资源化再利用。其中废水厌氧处理过程中产生的沼气就是可再生的清洁能源,将厌氧沼气经干燥脱硫后回用于厂内进行发电或供热,可使建设项目达到节能减排效果。
The "Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing a Comprehensive Work Plan for Energy Saving and Emission Reduction during the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" issued by the State Council in January 2017 pointed out:The implementation of cleaner production in paper mills will not only reduce environmental pollution but also improve product quality. It is imperative to promote clean production in order to achieve sustainable development strategies, control pollutant emissions, and produce in production. In the production process, paper mills will pollute the atmospheric environment, water environment, noise environment, and soil environment. However, in the treatment of these environmental pollutions, it is also possible to increase the level of pollution control technology and effectively hide the waste. The resources are used after being dealt with simply to realize the resource recycling of the construction unit. The biogas produced during the anaerobic treatment of wastewater is a renewable clean energy. After the anaerobic biogas is desulfurized and dried, it can be used for power generation or heating in the plant, which will enable the construction project to achieve energy-saving and emission reduction effects.
