浸没式超滤用于印染废水试验研究

摘要 本文主要研究探索了膜法印染废水处理中超滤膜污染控制问题,得出一种经济有效的膜运行方式:即运行通量设定0.7m3/(㎡·d)无曝气运行,每2~3d进行化学增强反洗,每9~12d实施排空前维护性清洗。 In this paper, the fouling control of ultrafiltration membrane in the treatment of textile wastewater is studied, and an economical and effective membrane operation mode is proposed: the operating flux is 0.7 m3/( ㎡ ·d) without aeration, and chemical enhanced backwash is implemented every 2~3 days, coupled with maintenance clean before drain every 9~12 days.
