生态保护红线区跨区域生态补偿支付意愿的影响因素研究——以北京市为例

Study on residents' willingness to pay regarding trans-regional ecological compensation to ecological red line area and its influencing factors-Take Beijing for example

湖北省丹江口水库是刚划定的重要生态保护红线区,基于对其南水北调最重要的受水区北京市的问卷调查所获得的113个有效样本数据,采用条件价值法,通过建立二元Logistic回归模型对可能影响支付意愿的因素进行分析,发现"受访者的家庭年收入""受访者对生活用水的满意程度""受访者通过适当提高自来水价格以提高水质来替代购买自来水净化器的意愿"这三个因素对支付意愿的影响最为显著。因此,应当从政策上保障和提高所提供的生态产品质量,加强生态保护政策宣传教育深度,以激励生态补偿主体的支付意愿。

Based on the 113 valid sample data obtained from the questionnaire survey in Beijing, the most important water area of the south-to-north water transfer area of the Danjiangkou reservoir, with two payment willingness assessment methods, We conclude that WTP is prominently subject to three factors, i.e. participant satisfaction to domestic water and participant preferring to improve the tap water quality by moderately appreciating its price rather than procure water purifying machine. So we should guarantee and improve the quality of eco-product and Ecological protection policy education to inspire the WTP of ecological compensation subject.
