摘要
危险废物焚烧处理系统中,烟气中含有大量的酸性气体。烟气脱酸工艺目前来说主要有湿法、干法和半干法3种。不同工艺有着不同的适用范围及优缺点,且其脱酸效率受到温度、烟气流速、压力和脱酸剂用量等因素的综合影响。因此,需要具体根据各焚烧系统的具体情况进行综合考虑,才会制定出最佳的工艺方案。同时,氮氧化物作为一类酸性气体,脱硝工艺技术也可当成一类脱酸问题。
In the hazardous waste incineration treatment system, the flue gas contains a large amount of acid gas. The flue gas deacidification process currently consists mainly of wet, dry and semi-dry methods. Different processes have different applicable scopes, advantages and disadvantages, and the deacidification efficiency is affected by factors such as temperature, flow rate of the flue gas, pressure, and the amount of deacidification agent.
