糖尿病足介入治疗疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of interventional therapy for diabetic foot

目的分析探讨糖尿病足介入治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2017年12月本院收治的60例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各30例,其中对照组患者给予临床常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上另给予介入治疗。采用多普勒超声测量并监测两组患者治疗前、后足背动脉内径及血流速度,记录两组治疗后患侧踝动脉收缩压最高值、肱动脉收缩压最高值及经皮氧分压(Tc PO2),计算踝肱指数(ABI),评价两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后左右侧ABI、Tc PO2指标及左右足背动脉内径、血流速度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床显效率、总有效率分别为70.00%、96.67%均明显高于对照组的40.00%、73.33%(P<0.05)。结论介入治疗能明显改善糖尿病足患者的血流参数指标,其临床疗效突出。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of interventional therapy for diabetic foot. Methods 60 cases of diabetic foot patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number method, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine clinical treatment, on the basis of the control group, the patients in the observation group were given interventional therapy. The internal diameter and velocity of the dorsal artery of the two groups were measured and monitored by Doppler ultrasound. The highest systolic pressure of the ankle artery, the highest systolic pressure of the brachial artery and the percutaneous oxygen pressure（Tc PO2） were recorded in the two groups, and the ankle brachial index（ABI）was calculated, the effect of two groups of clinical treatment was evaluated. Results After treatment, the ABI, Tc PO2 indexes, the internal diameter of the left and right dorsal foot arteries and the velocity of blood flow of the left and right sides of the observation group were obviously better than those of the control group（P0.05）, and the clinical effective efficiency and total effective rate of the observation group were 70.00% and 96.67%respectively higher than 40.00% and 73.33% of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Interventional therapy can significantly improve the blood flow parameters of diabetic foot patients, and its clinical effect is outstanding.
