RASA1与Ras-MAPK信号通路在URSA滋养细胞中的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of RASA1 and Ras-MAPK signaling pathway in trophoblast cell of URSA patients

目的探讨RASA1与Ras-MAPK信号通路在URSA滋养细胞中的表达及其临床意义。方法以RT-q PCR检测URSA与健康正常妊娠女性绒毛组织的滋养细胞中RASA1与Ras-MAPK信号通路的mRNA表达水平的差异,并观察其表达水平与临床的相关联系。结果在URSA患者滋养细胞中,RASA1的mRNA高于健康正常妊娠女性(P<0.05),在URSA患者滋养细胞中,Ras-MAPK通路的mRNA低于健康正常妊娠女性(P<0.05)。结论在URSA患者滋养细胞中,RASA1的mRNA升高,可能会导致Ras-MAPK通路的失活,进而让绒毛组织的滋养细胞增殖能力下降,凋亡增加,侵袭种植能力减弱,从而导致流产。

Objective To investigate the expression level and clinical significance of RASA1 and Ras-MAPK signaling pathway in trophoblast cell of URSA patients. Methods Expression levels of RASA1 mRNA, as well as the mRNA of crucial signaling molecules in Ras-MAPK signaling pathway, were measured by RT-q PCR between the trophoblast cell of URSA patients and normal pregnancy women. Results In URSA patients, the expression level of RASA1 mRNA in trophoblast cell was higher than that in normal pregnant women（P0.05）. In URSA patients, the expression level of the mRNA of crucial signaling molecules in Ras-MAPK signaling pathway was drcreased compared with that in the trophoblast cell of normal pregnant women（P0.05）. Conclusion In the trophoblast cell of URSA patients, the increased expression of RASA1 may lead to the inactivation of the Ras-MAPK pathway and the inhibition of trophoblast cell proliferation, resulting in abortion.
