摘要 目的了解重庆市开州区新发现HIV/AIDS患者的艾滋病相关知识及认知程度,为提高其生存质量给予帮助。方法对重庆市开州区2017年新发现160例HIV/AIDS患者开展"一对一"访谈、健康教育课堂、发放知识手册等方式健康教育。自制调查问卷,调查教育前后患者的艾滋病相关知识、抗病毒治疗、健康生活方式等变化情况,进行对比分析。结果参与调查的160例HIV/AIDS患者,艾滋病基本知识知晓率,教育前为33.13%,教育后为85.63%;教育后对艾滋病知识具体认知程度都有大幅度提高,教育前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过健康教育,新发现的HIV/AIDS患者的艾滋病相关知识、行为态度、健康生活方式都有所提高,对其实施健康教育显得十分紧迫和必要。 Objective To understand AIDS-related knowledge and cognition of newly discovered HIV/AIDS patients in Kaizhou, Chongqing,and to help improve their quality of life. Methods One-on-one interviews、health education classes and knowledge manuals were conducted with160 newly discovered HIV/AIDS patients in 2017 in Kaizhou, Chongqing. Self-made questionnaires to investigate changes in AIDS-related knowledge, antiviral therapy, healthy lifestyles before and after education, comparative analysis. Results The awareness rate of basic HIV/AIDS knowledge among the 160 HIV/AIDS patients surveyed, before education was 33.13%, after education was 85.63%. The specific cognitive level of HIV/AIDS knowledge after education was significantly increased,the significant differences before and after education were Significant significance(P 0.05). Conclusion Through education, AIDS related knowledge, behavior attitude and healthy life style of newly discovered HIV/AIDS patients are all improved. It is urgent and necessary to carry out health education.
