冠脉旁路移植术双下肢消毒架的设计与应用

Design and Application of double Lower limb Disinfection frame for Coronary artery Bypass grafting

目的探讨冠脉旁路移植术双下肢消毒架的设计及应用。方法选取本院收治的50例行冠脉旁路移植术患者,按照术中双下肢消毒支撑方式将其分为观察组(消毒架支撑)与参考组(专人抬起双下肢后),各25例。比较两组护理人员对双下肢消毒架认可度、患者舒适度及感染发生情况。结果观察组护理人员对双下肢消毒架认可度评分、双下肢舒适度评分量表(BCS)评分、消毒时间、手术时间、术后双下肢感染发生率各指标均优于参考组(P<0.05)。结论冠脉旁路移植术双下肢消毒架在术中使用能够节省人力资源,提高手术野消毒彻底性及患者舒适度,具有显著的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the design and application of double lower extremity sterilizer for coronary artery bypass grafting（CABG）.Methods Fifty patients with coronary artery bypass grafting were divided into observation group（sterilizing support group） and reference group（25 cases each）. The degree of recognition, comfort and incidence of infection were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing staff in the observation group were superior to the reference in the scores of recognition of disinfectant rack of lower extremities, BCSs score, disinfection time,operation time and incidence rate of lower extremity infection after operation（ P0.05）. Conclusion The use of double lower extremity sterilizer in coronary artery bypass grafting can save human resources, improve sterilizing thoroughness and comfort of patients, and has significant clinical value.
