摘要
目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清hs-CRP、MMP-2、BNP变化及临床意义。方法选择本院2016年10月~2017年8月期间收治的66例急性冠状动脉综合征患者作为观察组,另选取同期健康体检者30例作为对照组。分别采用免疫比浊法测定患者血清hs-CRP水平、ELISA法测定血清MMP-2水平,金标免疫定量检测法测定血清BNP水平,采用Spearman分析血清hs-CRP、MMP-2、BNP水平与急性冠状动脉综合征的关系。结果观察组患者血清hs-CRP、MMP-2及BNP水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析结果,患者血清hs-CRP、MMP-2及BNP水平与急性冠状动脉综合征呈正相关性(r值分别为0.643、0.557和0.435,P均<0.05)。结论相较于正常健康人群,急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清hs-CRP、MMP-2及BNP水平均显著升高,各因子在患者血清中的表达水平与病情呈现正相关性,通过对患者血清hs-CRP、MMP-2及BNP进行检测,可为临床对急性冠状动脉综合征诊断及改善预后提供一定的理论依据。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum hs-CRP, MMP-2 and BNP in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods 66 patients with acute coronary syndromes admitted in our hospital from October 2016-2017 to August were selected as observation group, and 30 cases of healthy physical examination were selected as control group at the same time. The serum levels of hs-CRP and serum MMP-2 were measured by immuno turbidimetry, and the level of serum BNP was measured by ELISA method. The relationship between serum hsCRP, MMP-2, BNP and acute coronary syndrome was analyzed by Spearman immunoassay. Results The serum levels of hs-CRP, MMP-2 and BNP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05). The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that the serum levels of hs-CRP, MMP-2 and BNP were positively correlated with the acute coronary syndrome(r value was 0.643, 0.557 and 0.435 respectively, P 0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of hs-CRP, MMP-2 and BNP in patients with acute coronary syndrome are significantly higher than those in normal healthy people. The expression level of each factor in the patients' serum is positively correlated with the condition of the patients. The detection of hs-CRP, MMP-2 and BNP in the patients' serum can be used for the diagnosis of clinical acute coronary syndrome and the diagnosis of the patients with acute coronary syndrome. It provides a certain theoretical basis for improving the prognosis.
