氧气驱动雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究氧气驱动雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法观察对象为2015年9月~2017年9月本院收治的小儿支气管肺炎患儿98例,分组方法为硬币法,分为对照组和治疗组,各49例,对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组在此治疗基础上予以盐酸氨溴索氧气驱动雾化,比较两组临床症状消失时间和临床疗效。结果治疗组体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽咳痰、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿的临床治疗总有效率与对照组比较,对照组低于治疗组,差异具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氧气驱动雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎有利于快速缓解患儿临床症状,提高临床治疗效果,具有积极的临床选择和推广价值。 Objective To study the clinical effect of oxygen-driven inhalation of Ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods A total of 98 children with pediatric bronchial pneumonia admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September2017 were divided into control group(n=49) and treatment group(n=49). The control group was given routine treatment. The treatment group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride oxygen atomization on the basis of this treatment, and the clinical symptom disappearance time and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The time of recovery of body temperature, cough and sputum, disappearance of lung rales,and length of stay in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The significant difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05). The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the control group was lower than the treatment group. The difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia is beneficial to the rapid relief of clinical symptoms and improve the clinical treatment. It has positive clinical selection and promotion value.
