枯草杆菌二联活菌联合四联疗法治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of Bacillus subtilis two live bacteria combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis

目的探讨枯草杆菌二联活菌联合四联疗法治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取本院2016年11月~2017年10月收治的86例慢性糜烂性胃炎患者为研究对象。采用随机数字法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用四联疗法进行治疗,观察组采用枯草杆菌二联活菌联合四联疗法进行治疗,两组疗程均为10 d,比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果观察组显效25例、有效16例、总有效率为95.35%,对照组显效13例、有效22例、总有效率为81.40%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总不良反应为3例(6.98%);对照组总不良反应为10例(23.26%),观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枯草杆菌二联活菌联合四联疗法治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的疗效显著,临床不良反应发生率低,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of two combined Bacillus subtilis combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis. Methods 86 cases of chronic erosive gastritis treated in our hospital from November 2016-2017 to October were selected as the research object. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number method, 43 cases each. The control group was treated with quadruple therapy. The observation group was treated with two viable bacteria combined with quadruple therapy. The two groups were treated with 10 d. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, 25 cases were markedly effective, 16 cases were effective, and the total effective rate was 95.35%. In the control group, 13 cases were markedly effective, 22 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 81.40%, and the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）. The total adverse reactions in the observation group were 3 cases（6.98%）, while the total adverse reactions in the control group were 10 cases（23.26%）, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Bacillus subtilis two live bacteria combined with quadruple therapy is effective in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis, and the incidence of clinical adverse reactions is low, so it has high clinical application value.
