摘要 现代教师培训体系建设的专业主义路径指以大学为主的现代教师培训体系的建立与发展。在政策领域,体现为以大学为主的现代教师培训机构体系,需求为本、丰富多元的现代教师培训课程与教学体系,主体明确、权责清晰的现代教师培训管理体系,以及规范要求、全面保障的现代教师培训质量保障体系的建立。以大学为主的现代教师培训体系是教师职业专业化发展的必然结果。顺应这一趋势,建立教师培训机构的有序体系,加强教师培训研究,提高地区教师培训管理能力,强化教师培训的智识性、专业性和一体化等,是专业主义路径下现代教师培训体系建设的发展方向。 The professionalism path to the construction of modern teacher training system refers to the establishment and development of university-based modern teacher training system,which is embodied as the establishment of a university-based modern teacher training institution system,a need-based and diverse modern teacher training curriculum and teaching system,a modern teacher training management system with well-defined subject,right and responsibility,and a normative and comprehensive modern teacher training quality assurance system in policy. The university-based modern teacher training system is the inevitable corollary of the professionalization of teaching profession. Conforming to this trend,to establish an orderly system of teacher training institutions,promote the research on teacher training,improve the ability to manage the regional teacher training,intensify the intellectuality,professionalism and integration of teacher training are the future directions to construct modern teacher training system.
