摘要
前池是泵站的重要组成部分,是引渠和进水池的衔接段。城市排水泵站由于受条件限制,其前池的扩散角度、长度一般不能满足设计规范要求,易在前池里形成不良水力现象,影响水泵的工作性能。为改善进水前池流态,结合上海某排水泵站,采用雷诺时均N-S方程结合标准k-ε湍流模型,用有限体积法进行离散,压力速度耦合采用适合于稳态问题的SIMPLE算法,对泵站进水前池水力特性进行数值模拟研究。针对该泵站前池的布置特点,提出布设梯形底坎和增设导流扩散墩两种改善前池流态的工程措施,并分别进行数值计算,对比分析整流效果,给出推荐方案。
Forebay is an important part of the pumping station,is the diversion canal and into the pool of the link up section. City drainage pumping station due to the constraints,the diffusion angle,the length of the pool before the general cannot meet the design requirements,easy to form the bad hydraulic phenomenon in the former pool,affect the working performance of the pump. In order to improve the water pools before flowing,combined with drainage pumping station in Shanghai,the standard k-ε turbulence model combined with the Reynolds averaged N-S equations,discretized by the finite volume method,the pressure velocity coupling with SIMPLE algorithm for steady state problems,on the hydraulic characteristics of inlet pumping station forebay were studied by numerical simulation. According to the characteristics of the layout of the forebay of a pumping station,puts forward the engineering measures sill emplaced trapezoidal and diversion diffusion pier two to improve the flow pattern,and conducted numerical calculation,comparison and analysis of the rectifier effect,the recommendation is given.
