摘要 针对汽车传感器的激光焊接设计了自动化生产设备,主要由激光器、机柜、焊接夹具、工作台、输出镜头组件以及机械加工件等组成。焊接夹具是自动化设备最核心的部分,主要由双边驱动机构、弹性压紧机构以及对应机械加工件等组成,实现对传感器的精确定位及压紧,保证焊接质量。整个设备采用人工上、下料,自动完成对传感器的定位、夹紧、旋转及焊接等功能,节约了人力成本,提高了生产效率。 The automatic laser welding equipment was designed for automobile sensor,which included laser,cabinet,welding fixture,workbench,processing head and mechanical parts.The welding fixture is the core component of automation equipment,which included bilateral driving mechanism,elastic pressure mechanism and mechanical parts.The welding fixture can be used to realize the precise position and compression for sensor,and welding quality was ensured.The whole equipment used manual supplying and feeding,and then automatically completed location,clamping,rotating and welding of the sensor,which saved labor costs and improved production efficiency.
