2000型辐射空调新风系统的结构优化与测试研究 被引量:1

摘要 2000型辐射空调新风系统包含一间空调房间、一台定频室外主机、新风模块和冷暖辐射模块,其新风模块内竖直均匀放置3块辐射板,辐射模块内水平均匀放置4块辐射板,两个模块并联连接且辐射板铜管管径为10 mm。针对2000型辐射空调新风系统存在的新风不连续、制冷剂分配不均匀、辐射板末端压降偏大等问题,为优化辐射空调系统结构并提高系统的综合性能,在原系统的基础上采取三方面的结构优化措施,即把室外主机由定频主机改为变频主机、辐射模块和新风模块由并联连接改为串联连接以及铜管管径由10 mm改为12 mm。研究结果表明,采取优化措施后,新风供给连续性更好,且新风单位量提高10.5%;系统解决了制冷剂分配不均的问题,且新风模块的除湿和过滤效率提高5%;系统末端压降降低56.5%,系统能耗降低12%。该系统集新风除湿和过滤功能于一体,利用新风模块内的辐射板制冷、采暖形成的温差导致的热循环,实现新风的无能耗供给,适用于热湿同季的南方地区的2人间卧室或办公室。 2000 type radiation air conditioning fresh air system was made up of an office,a fixedfrequency outdoor machine,a fresh air module and a radiation module. There were three radiate plates vertically placed in fresh air module and four radiate plates horizontally placed in radiation module. And these two modules were connected in parallel with copper pipe in 10 mm diameter.However,there existed some problems in 2000 type radiation air conditioning fresh air system. For instance,fresh air volume was discontinuous,refrigerant was not well-distributed and pressure loss in radiant panel was large. Based on original system,three physical optimize methods were adopted to solve the above mentioned problems and to improve the overall performance. Such as an fixedfrequency outdoor machine was replaced by a frequency machine,the connection method between radiation module and fresh air module was connected in series instead of parallel. Moreover,the diameter of copper pipe was optimized from 10 mm to 12 mm. The experimental results show thatfresh air supply continuity turns better and fresh air unit volume increases by 10. 5%. The problem of uneven distribution of the refrigerant is solved,the dehumidification and filtration efficiency of fresh air module are improved 5% at the same time. In addition,the terminal pressure loss and energy conservation of system decrease by 56. 5% and 12% respectively. The system,combining the function of fresh air dehumidification and filtration,functions with the heating cycle caused by the temperature difference in fresh air module to provide fresh air without energy consumption. The system can be used to condition two-person bedroom or office in south area where hot and wet are in the same quarter.
