硫化铅固载四(对-羧基苯基)铁卟啉催化氧化乙苯 被引量:2

Catalytic oxidation of ethylbenzene with iron tetrakis( p-carboxyl phenyl) porphyrin immobilized on lead sulfide

摘要 为模拟半胱氨酸中巯基硫原子轴向配位调节细胞色素P-450酶催化活性的功能,用超声法合成球棒状硫化铅微晶,通过配位作用制备硫化铅固载四(对-羧基苯基)铁卟啉催化材料(Fe TCPP/Pb S)。采用扫描电镜、紫外—可见光谱、红外光谱等手段对催化材料进行表征,以氧气为氧源催化乙苯氧化。结果表明,硫化铅固载四(对-羧基苯基)铁卟啉较未固载铁卟啉具有更高的催化活性,醇酮收率高达41.9%,催化剂可重复使用4次,其催化活性基本保持不变,实现了温和条件下高效催化乙苯氧化获得目标产物及催化剂的回收利用。 To mimic the catalytic function of cytochrome P-450 enzyme,the bar-ball lead sulfide particleswas synthesized using an ultrasonic method,and then used for preparing a catalyst material of lead sulfide-supportediron tetrakis( p-carboxylphenyl) porphyrins( Fe TCPP/Pb S),using the lead sulfide as a support via a physical adsorption and coordination method. The catalytic material was characterized using scanning electron microscopy( SEM),ultravolet-visible spectroscope( UV-Vis),and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR). The catalyst was used for oxidation of ethylbenzenein molecular oxygen. The experimental results showed that( Fe TCPP/Pb S) had higher catalytic activitythan that of the unsupported iron porphyrin,its yield of acetophenoneand phenethyl alcohol reachedup to 41.9%. The catalytic material could be used four times and the catalytic activity remainedwell.The efficient catalysis of ethylbenzene oxidation under the mild conditions to obtain the target productsand recycle of the catalyst after usewererealized.
