关于我省高校基层党支部规范化建设的对策与建议

On Countermeasures and Suggestions for Party Branches Standardized Construction in Colleges and Universities in Liaoning

党的十九大对全面从严治党提出了明确的要求,对党的基层组织建设有了新部署、新目标、新定位和新举措,需要全党认真贯彻落实。开展基层党支部规范化建设工作是高校党建工作的首要任务,具有十分重要的现实意义。针对高校党员队伍建设面临的新形势、新问题,基层党支部更应加强规范化建设以发挥其战斗堡垒作用,推动高校各项事业发展。分析了辽宁省高校基层党支部规范化建设的现状,指出了存在的问题,提出了相应的对策和建议。

In the 19 th National Congress of the Communist party, specific demands have been put forward for strengthening Party disciplines comprehensively. Furthermore, new arrangements, aims, orientations and measures have been got for Party branches, which calls for the whole Party to carry them out. Concerning Party construction work in colleges and universities, it is a primary task to develop Party branches standardized construction work, which is of a great practical significance. As to the new situation and problems that Party members construction confront, Party branches should strengthen standardized construction in order to play a key role and motivate the development in every field of colleges and universities. In this paper, according to the situation of Party branches standardized construction in colleges and universities in Liaoning, the author points out the current problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
