Research on the Development of China's Winter Sports Talents under the New Epoch

党的十九大报告对人才培养提出了新的要求,在新时代背景下,我国冰雪体育人才培养迎来了新的发展红利。本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,围绕新时代我国冰雪体育人才培养定位,对目前冰雪体育人才培养的困境进行了分析,并提出了人才培养对接的主要对策,研究认为:应该选择协调发展的对接路径,释放新时代人才发展的对接红利,调整人才培养的对接内容,找准人才流动的对接区域,为2022年冬奥会发展和大众冰雪运动的推广服务。

The nineteen major reports of the party have put forward new requirements for the training of talents. Under the background of the new era,the cultivation of winter sports talents in China has ushered in a new development dividend. This paper analyzes the cultivation of winter talents in the new era through the literature and logic analysis,analyzes the difficulties of the cultivation of winter sports talents at present,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions about the cultivation of winter sports talents in our country around the opportunities of the new age. The research holds that we should choose the corresponding path of coordinated development,communicate the national favorable policy,adjust the content of personnel training and find the corresponding area of the talent flow in order to promoting the development of the 2022 Winter Olympics and mass winter sports.
