摘要
雪车是冬奥会正式比赛项目之一,损伤预防是保证训练效果的核心内容。本文通过跟队服务,对雪车项目现有损伤状况进行了归纳分析,研究认为:雪车项目推车训练和滑行训练过程中都容易出现损伤。推车训练过程中容易出现大腿后侧肌群和髂腰肌的损伤;滑行中的翻车事故容易导致颈部损伤。大腿后侧肌群损伤原因主要是股四头肌向心收缩肌力大大超过腘绳肌离心收缩肌力,导致运动性拉伤;髂腰肌损伤主要是慢性疲劳导致的。滑行中颈部肌群肌力是保证运动滑行过程中头部相对稳定的基础,也是保证滑行流畅的主要因素。损伤预防的措施主要在于充足的身体素质训练,正确的动作技术,及时的心理疏导和专家团队的科研保障。
Bobsleigh is one of the official events of the Winter Olympic Games,and injury prevention is the core content to ensure the training effect. By serving with the team,the present situation of injury is summarized and analyzed. It is easy to be damaged in Bobsleigh pushing training and skating training. During the pushing process,the muscles of posterior thigh muscle group and iliocsoas muscle are easily damaged. The rollover accident easily leads to neck injury during skating. The main reason of the posterior thigh muscle group is that concentric contraction of the quadriceps femoris is much more than the eccentric contraction of the hamstring muscle. The injury of the iliolus muscle is mainly chronic fatigue damage. The muscle strength of the cervical muscles is the basis for ensuring the relative stability of the head during the sliding process and the main factor to ensure smooth gliding. The main measures to prevent injuries are to prepare for activities,adequate physical quality training,standardized movement techniques and timely psychological counseling,and so on.
