高等职业院校教师培训培养机构综合改革创新研究——以大学治理结构理论为分析视角

现代职业教育体系的发展需要高等职业教育师资培训培养体系的构建和发展。高等职业院校教师培训培养机构的困境使其改革势在必行。文章以大学治理结构理论为分析视角,选定广东省公办的高等职业院校为分析对象,提出高等职业院校教师培训培养机构综合改革创新的路径。

The development of modern vocational education system needs the construction and development of higher vocationaleducation teacher training system.The predicament of teacher training institutions in higher vocational colleges makes its reform imperative.This paper takes the theory of university governance structure as the analysis perspective, selects the public higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province as the analysis object, and puts forward the path of comprehensive reform and innovation of teachertraining institutions in higher vocational colleges.
