小组合作学习模式对医学生自主学习能力影响的实证研究 被引量:8

摘要 自主学习能力不仅影响医学生在校期间的有效学习,而且对医学生今后的职业发展也有较大影响。辅导员以小组合作学习模式对医学生自主学习水平进行干预,使学生在具有约束力的团体中,通过讨论,共享资源,分享观点等方式自主开展学习活动,用《大学生自主学习能力量表》分别在干预前后对学生自主学习能力进行测试,并比较干预与未干预学生期末考试成绩之间的差异。通过比较分析,在经小组合作学习模式干预后,学生自主学习的能力有较明显的提高,同时经干预过的学生较未干预过的学生学习成绩高。结果显示,小组合作学习模式可有效提高医学生的自主学习能力水平。 Not only does autonomous learning ability affect the effective learning of medical students in school, but also hasagreat influence on the future career development. In this paper, the counselor uses group cooperative learning model to intervenemedics' autonomous learning by discussing, sharing resources or ideas and other ways. The students' autonomous learning ability aretested before and after the intervention with "The Independent Learning Ability Scale of College Students", and the differences between intervention and non-intervention students' final examination scores are compared. Through comparative analysis, after the intervention of group cooperative learning model, the ability of students' autonomous learning has been improved obviously. At the sametime, the students who are intervened have better academic performances than those who don't. The results show that the group cooperative learning model can enhance medics' autonomous learning ability effectively.
