新时代高校三位一体教师薪酬分配模式探究

摘要 新时代,面对高等教育内涵式发展的迫切需求,高校教师队伍建设存在一些不平衡不充分的地方,教师考核评价、薪酬分配等机制还不完善。在全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的大背景下,探索以增加知识价值为导向、符合中国特色现代大学特点的三位一体收入分配模式,即学校统管、二级分配、定制化分配。新模式注重绩效工资实施的科学性、规范性、高效性,强化激励性,突出侧重性,意在提升高校教育事业发展的待遇保障机制,实现教师队伍管理体系和管理能力现代化。 During the new era, facing active demand of connotative development of higher education, there is some imbalanceand insufficiency of teaching staff construction of higher school such as the fact that the mechanism of teacher assessment and compensation allocation is not perfect. In the context of comprehensive deeper reform of teaching staff construction during the new era,this article explores three-in-one compensation and allocation mode with making knowledge value add as guide and in line withmodern university with Chinese characteristics, which includes school management, two -level allocation, and customized allocation.This mode emphasizes scientificity, normalization, high efficiency of allocation, strengthens incentive and focuses on emphasis, so as tosupport developing treatment guarantee mechanism of higher education, modernization of management system and management abilityof teaching staff.
