理工科大学仪器设备管理问题探讨

仪器设备在理工科大学固定资产中占重要比例,是数额巨大的国有资产,应高度重视其管理的重要性。仪器设备对理工科大学教学科研具有重要意义,但目前使用过程中存在不少问题,应参考发达国家经验,通过建立共享实验室与平台、专门机构专人管理、经费单列等措施实现社会资源的有效利用。

Instruments and equipment which is a huge amount of state-owned assets takes a large proportion of fixed assets inthe university of science and technology. Its management should be paid attention to. Instrumentation and equipment are of great significance to the teaching and researching of the university of science and technology of China. However, there are many problems inthe course of using the system at present. Reference should be made to the experience of the developed countries to achieve effectiveuses of the social resources through such measures as the establishment of shared laboratories and platforms, specialized personnelmanagement, funding arrangements and so on.
