摘要
国家大力推行军改政策,科技强军是军队改革的重要战略。国防生作为技术兵种的重要来源,已成为军队干部不可或缺的一部分,其培养质量关系到军队新的历史使命的有效履行。文章通过对在校国防生思想现状及其认同感的分析,提出了提高国防生教育培养质量的对策。并提出身份认同的三种体现形式,即荣誉感、归属感、使命感。
The state vigorously implements the policy of military reform, and strengthening the army through science and technology is an important strategy for the army's reform. As an important source of technical arms, the defense students have become an indispensable part of the army cadres. The quality of their training is related to the effective performance of the new historical missionof the army. Based on the analysis of the current national defense students' ideological status and their sense of identity, this paperputs forward some countermeasures for improving the quality of national defense education and training, and puts forward three kindsof embodiment of identity, that is, sense of honor, sense of belonging and mission.
