民办高校图书馆的思想政治教育职能探索

民办高校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,承担着对大学生进行思想政治教育的艰巨任务。民办高校图书馆在思想政治教育工作的开展上具有四点优势,即自我教育的阵地优势、文献资源优势、环境优势和网络平台的监管能力优势。民办高校图书馆将如何实现它的思想政治教育职能呢?作者以为,可以从加强思想政治教育的文献资源建设、阅读文化建设以及网络阅读体系建设和馆员队伍建设四个方面来实现其思想政治教育职能的发挥。
