摘要
近年来,政府、高校联合打出建机制、搭平台、畅渠道、重保障等组合拳深入推进大学生基层就业已初见成效。但就当前大学生在就业能力、择业定位调研分析发现,投身基层就业意愿度较低,就业能力参差不齐,且在一定程度上存在思想认识不到位、经验能力不足、缺少职业规划等。文章运用会Cobb-Douglas动态模型探讨提升大学生基层就业能力路径,为进一步提升大学生基层就业能力素质、提高大学生基层工作积极性提供建议。
In recent years, the government and colleges and universities have jointly built construction mechanisms, used platforms, opened channels, and ensured the combination of safety and other forms of boxing to further promote the employment of college students at the grass-roots level. However, on the basis of the survey and analysis of current college students' employability andcareer choice orientation, it is found that they are less willing to join the grass-roots employment, and their employment ability isuneven, and toa certain extent, there isa lack of ideological understanding, lack of experience and a lack of career planning. Thisarticle uses the Cobb-Douglas dynamic model to explore the path of promoting the employment ability of college students at thegrass-roots level, and provides suggestions for further improving the ability of students at the grass-roots level to employ and improvethe enthusiasm of college students at the grass-roots level.
