摘要
理想信念是高职院校开展学生政治思想工作时最为重要的一项内容,同时也是一项系统化内容,需要国家、社会、学校等多方面共同建成长效机制来实施。在对高职学生进行理想信念教育工作时,高职院校发挥着重要的作用,也是最为主要的阵地。如今,进入高职院校的都是"95后"学生,这是一群具有鲜明个性特立独行的一代。因此,高职院校在促成"95后"高职学生理想信念的过程中,必须将教育融入于实践教学,充分发挥高职院校软、硬件环境的积极作用。文章以党十八大和十八届六中全会精神为指导,阐述培养具有"工匠精神"高职学生的方式,高职学生理想信念的塑造以及"高职梦"的理论与实践问题。
Ideal and belief is one of the most important content of the students' political and ideological work in higher vocational colleges. It is also a systematic content. It needs a long effect mechanism to be implemented in many aspects, such as state, society and school. Higher vocational colleges play an important role as well as the most important position when carrying out the education of ideals and beliefs for higher vocational students. Nowadays, students entering higher vocational colleges are "the post-1995 generation" students. This is a group of distinctive individuals who have distinctive personality. Therefore, in the process of promoting the ideal and belief of "the post-1995 generation" higher vocational students, higher vocational colleges must integrate education into practical teaching and give full play to the active role of the soft and hardware environment of higher vocational colleges. Based on the guidance of the eighteen major and the sixth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee spirit of our party, this paper expounds the way of cultivating the students with "Craftsman spirit", the molding of the ideal and belief of the students in higher vocational education, and the theoretical and practical problems of the "higher vocational dream".
