我国中小企业发展存在的问题及对策分析

Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China

阐述了我国中小企业发展的现状,分析了我国中小企业发展中面临的问题,认为管理机制不健全、信贷融资困难、内部控制薄弱、抗风险的意识不强、缺乏高素质人才等问题影响了中小企业的发展,为此,从增强财务管理理念、拓宽融资渠道、加强资金管理、健全财务组织机构等方面提出了对策。

This paper expounds the present situation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,analyzes the problems faced in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,and thinks that the problems of imperfect management mechanism,credit financing difficulties,weak internal control,weak awareness of risk resistance,lack of high quality talents and so on,have affected the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.The countermeasures are put forward from the following aspects：strengthening the concept of financial management,broadening the financing channels,strengthening capital management and perfecting financial organization.
