连云港市初创物流企业发展存在的问题与对策研究

Research on the Development Problems and Countermeasures of Newly Established Logistics Enterprises in Lianyungang City

连云港市物流企业特别是初创物流企业发展迅速,但在江苏省13市综合排名只是第8位,处于中等偏下水平。针对初创物流企业,应用因子分析法宏观分析造成连云港市排名中下的原因,并提取原因因子,认为物流业务能力、物流人力能力、物流经济能力、物流设施能力四大能力因素是影响初创物流企业发展的关键因素;运用层次分析法,构造层次结构模型,数值上分析连云港市初创物流企业排名靠后的具体原因。研究表明,物流自动化设备状况、融资情况、管理制度健全性、物流人才适配性、校企合作、货源充裕度、互联网技术情况的不佳是其主要原因。根据这些原因提出相应的对策建议。

The logistics enterprises in Lianyungang,especially the newly established logistics enterprises,have developed rapidly.But in the 13 cities of Jiangsu Province,the comprehensive ranking is only eighth,which is below the medium level.In this paper,the four major factors,such as logistics business capability,logistics manpower capacity,logistics economic capability and logistics facilities ability,are the key factors that affect the development of start-up logistics enterprises.The structural hierarchy model is used to analyze the specific reasons for the ranking of Lianyungang＇s start-ups.The research shows that the specific reasons for the development of Lianyungang newly established logistics enterprises are the situation of logistics automation equipment,financing,management system,logistics talent suitability,school enterprise cooperation,abundance of goods sources,and the poor Internet technology.Based on the analysis of the specific reasons,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
