农村社区参与精准扶贫机制建设研究——以安徽省马鞍山市为例

农村社区是当前农村扶贫的主要力量之一,它们既是重要的参与者,也起着桥梁纽带作用。马鞍山市农村社区在精准扶贫实践中取得了一定成效,也存在着一些问题。为了搞好马鞍山市农村社区的扶贫工作,必须处理好农村社区的贫困户与一般居民户的关系,发挥好农村社区能人的带动作用,完善农村社区参与精准扶贫的机制建设。

Rural communities are one of the main forces in rural poverty alleviation.They are both important participants and bridges.Rural communities in Maanshan have achieved certain results in precision poverty alleviation and there are also some problems.In order to do a good job of poverty alleviation in rural communities in Maanshan city,it is necessary to properly handle the relationship between poor households and general households in rural communities,play agood role in rural communities and improve the rural community＇s participation mechanism.
