Preliminary exploration of a new function of Typhoon FLA 9500: remove phosphorus on phosphor plate

为扩大Typhoon FLA 9500激光扫描仪的应用范围,将磷感磷屏放置在Fluor stage荧光凝胶扫描台上,利用Phosphorimaing程序进行扫描,清除磷屏的磷感信号,实现磷屏重复利用。这一新功能的研发是在原有生产厂家开发的磷屏扫描功能的基础上,增加了消除磷感信号的功能,丰富了Typhoon FLA 9500激光扫描仪的用途,节省了购买消磷仪的资金,为同行研发利用高精尖仪器设备新功能提供参考。

This paper presented how to remove the existing phosphorus signal on phosphor plate as a new function of Typhoon FLA 9500 by placing the phosphorus phosphor plate on the Fluor stage and scanning with Phosphorimaing to realize the recycle of phosphor plates. The discovery of this new function potentially expands the utilization of Typhoon FLA 9500 on top of the applications provided by the manufacture,saves the budget on a delighting equipment,and provides some references for the research and development to sophisticated laboratory facilities.
