新工科背景下的高校实验技术队伍建设

Construction of experimental technical team in universities based on new engineering background

随着新工科概念的提出,培养具有创新创业意识、数字化思维和跨界整合能力的新工科人才势必将会成为高校普遍的工科人才培养目标。实验室作为工科人才培养的重要场所,实验技术队伍建设显得尤为重要。通过对工科实验技术队伍现状及其原因分析,并结合新时期高校实验室建设发展及新工科人才培养要求,提出"三设、二定、一培训"的实验技术队伍建设思路,以加强新工科背景下高校工科实验技术队伍的建设。

With the introduction of new engineering concepts,training new engineering talents with innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness,digital thinking and cross boundary integration will surely become a universal training target of engineering talents in universities. As an important place for the training of engineering talents,laboratory technology team construction is particularly important. Through the analysis of the experimental technical team and engineering status and causes,combined with the new period and new development of university laboratory construction engineering personnel training requirements,the author puts forward the idea of ＂three sets up,two definite and one training ＂ to strengthen the construction of engineering technical team under the background of new engineering.
