地方高校实验室开放式管理模式的研究

地方高校实验室开放式管理模式是实现地方高校实验室资源优化配置、提升人才培养质量和科学实验水平的重要保障。然而,由于资金、人才及管理经验的匮乏,地方高校实验室开放式管理模式存在观念意识尚未完全形成、设备条件薄弱、规章制度不健全和人员技能素养不具备等方面的不足,应从树立开放式的实验室管理理念、改善硬件软件设施、加强科学管理和提升专业技能素养等方面进一步完善地方高校实验室开放式管理模式。

The open laboratory management model of local universities is an important guarantee for optimizing the allocation of laboratory resources in local universities,improving the quality of personnel training and the level of scientific experiments. However,due to lack of funds,talents and management experience in the open laboratory management mode of local colleges and universities are not yet fully formed ideas,equipment condition is weak,imperfect regulations and personnel skills do not have deficiencies,to further improve the open laboratory management mode of local colleges and universities should establish the management idea,open laboratory to improve the hardware and software facilities,strengthen scientific management and enhance the professional skills of literacy and other aspects.
